SPROUTS ACADEMY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The following TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE constitutes an agreement between you and Sprouts Farmers Market (“Sprouts”) that governs your access to the Sprouts Academy learning management system.

BY CLICKING "I AGREE" OR TAKING ANY STEPS TO USE OR ACCESS THE SPROUTS ACADEMY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS CONDITIONS OF USE:

1.         USE OF SPROUTS ACADEMY.

Sprouts provides access to Sprouts Academy to allow team members to review and complete both required and voluntary training programs in-store during work hours.  Headphones are available and will be provided to allow for access without disrupting others.

2.         ACCESS.

Team members can access Sprouts Academy through store PCs, mobile tablets, or in-store kiosks (where available).  Keep in mind that use may be restricted to times when it will not interfere with the completion of your daily tasks and, for store-level team members, use should only occur in the break room, receiving area, or other areas designated by the Store Manager.  Access and use should not occur on the sales floor.  To ensure use by current Sprouts team members only, do not share your log-in credentials with co-workers or with persons not affiliated with Sprouts.

Hourly team members should only access Sprouts Academy during work hours.  Sprouts strictly prohibits unauthorized work time and working “off-the-clock” and there is no expectation that hourly team members access Sprouts Academy while clocked out such as while on a rest break or meal period.  Team members who violate this policy may be subject to disciplinary action.  If you have questions, or are requested by management to access Sprouts Academy outside of work hours, contact your supervisor, the Human Resources department (hrsupport@sprouts.com), or the Ethics Hotline (1-855-748-5773).

3.         APPROPRIATE USE.

Use of Sprouts Academy is a privilege.  Sprouts Academy is intended for business use only and has also been configured to restrict user access through the store’s network only.  Team members who do not use Sprouts Academy for its intended purpose may have their access credentials suspended or revoked.  You should also keep in mind Sprouts’ policies regarding non-discrimination and harassment; disclosure, misappropriation, or misuse of trade secrets and other confidential and proprietary information; and our code of conduct and ethics, which have equal application to the use of Sprouts Academy.

4.         MONITORING AND PRIVACY.

Like other software applications and technology provided to team members, Sprouts Academy is provided to facilitate and support company training initiatives and business, and all information posted, transmitted, stored, or archived in Sprouts Academy belongs to Sprouts.  Team members should have no expectation of privacy in connection with their access and use of Sprouts Academy.

5.         INFORMATION SECURITY.

Because information security is a serious issue, Sprouts reserves the right to implement appropriate information security procedures and safeguards to ensure that information contained on Sprouts Academy is not improperly shared or disseminated.  This may include requiring multi-factor authentication; requiring you to answer security questions as part of log-in procedures; tracking usage by IP address; limiting the number of devices that can be logged on to Sprouts Academy at one time; tracking log-in and log-out activity; disabling access after failed log-in attempts; disabling cut-and-paste functionality and the ability to capture or print screen shots or other content; restricting uploadable and downloadable content; and setting the duration of inactive time prior to automatic log-out.

6.         QUESTIONS.

Any questions concerning these Terms and Conditions of Use should be directed to Sprouts’ Legal department.
